Zen Digital is a content development and custom fabrication studio specializing in design and brand development, websites and videos, signage and promo items, and 3D design and prototyping. We offer creative and integrated solutions to a growing list of innovative companies and brands.

HOW WE WORK?

Our approach is based on the idea that people solve problems, not technology. Smart and creative people will always source the best technology and deliver the best solutions for each project.

To get started, we offer a free, initial needs assessment either on the phone, web video conference, or in person at our headquarters. We can normally tell from this assessment if we have the team and expertise to meet your needs in which case we would be happy to provide a free quote for a Phase I planning phase followed by a Phase II execution phase. If we don’t have the skill set for what you need or don’t have the availability, we will do our best to put you in touch with companies that can help you.

Our Equipment.

Having the right equipment in a modern sign, print and fabrication shop ensures consistency in quality and quick turnarounds for our customers. With our equipment and specialized team, we can build in-house both internal and external signage including innovative signage with programmable LEDs helping you stand out.

Having the right equipment for video production can make or break a video project. Zen Digital has invested in quality equipment to ensure the technical quality of your videos matches our top notch creative quality.

At Zen Digital, we have a wide range of equipment in house to ensure a quality result for your project. Where we need additional equipment, we have a solid network of partners we can rely on to augment our extensive equipment saving you time and money.

Print & Fabrication Equipment.

Large format 54 inch wide Eco friendly Digital Printer

From banners, to canvas, to different types of vinyl, this printer gives us consistent quality prints every time.

Mid size format Flat bed UV Printer

This UV printer prints directly onto an extensive range of media, including acrylic, wood, cardboard, ceramic tile, alupanel and foamboard.

Vinyl Cutter

For precision cut lettering and logos to suit many sign applications.

Laminator

This machine is used us for the professional application of vinyl graphics and protective clear laminates to a wide range of substrates.

Laser Cutter

Our 80 Watt 24″ x 26″ laser cutter is ideal for cutting acrylic, MDF and a variety of other materials.

3D Printers

We are one of Vancouver’s leading 3D printing providers. We have a Cubicon Single 3D Printer as well as dozens of smaller 3D printers. We also have a ZCorp 510 multi-colour powder printer and have access to some of the world’s fastest SLA 3D printers.
